    Riguardo a quest'opera
    Una soluzione elegante per quel tratto di parete difficile: tra due finestre, alla svolta della scala, dove niente di quadrato funziona. Qui i campi blu navy scendono per tutta l’altezza, mentre le terre color senape si posano dove cade la luce del pomeriggio, dando ordine e intenzione alla fascia verticale. Su intonaco bianco gessoso il blu profondo vira quasi al nero al crepuscolo: perfetto per un pianerottolo. Appendila un palmo più in basso di quanto verrebbe spontaneo, così l’incontri salendo. Lascia quella parete libera da altri elementi: la composizione respira e si fa protagonista. Se la scala ha un corrimano in rovere chiaro, le pennellate oliva lo richiamano con naturalezza. Stampata su tela e tesa su telaio, si appende senza vetro: anche con una finestra in tromba delle scale, nessun riflesso disturba la vista.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Il navy sembrerà troppo pesante in un corridoio senza finestre?

    Meno di quanto immagini, perché più della metà dell'opera è crema e il navy sta in una sola colonna invece di distribuirsi ovunque. In un corridoio senza finestre è il crema a fare il lavoro e il navy dà alla parete un bordo su cui reggersi. Tieni la parete bianca o avorio e usa una lampadina bianco caldo invece che gialla, così il crema resta pulito.

    Quanto deve essere grande su un pianerottolo di scale?

    Meglio alto. Su un pianerottolo lo vedi da sotto e di lato mentre sali, quindi qualsiasi cosa sotto gli 80 cm tende a sembrare solo una striscia di colore. Dai 100 cm in su le singole campiture restano leggibili dal primo gradino, e le linee sottili si notano ancora quando passi a un braccio di distanza nella curva.

    La senape stona con una stanza grigia?

    Non se il grigio è caldo. Su pareti greige, pietra o tortora, la senape e l'oliva leggono come colori terrosi e si armonizzano. Su un blu-grigio freddo, invece, la senape diventa tagliente e il navy scompare nella parete. Se il tuo grigio vira al freddo, appendilo sull'unica parete bianca della stanza e lascia il grigio altrove.
