    Riguardo a quest'opera
    Scegli prima la cornice, poi la parete. Con cornice nera, il cielo grigio ardesia diventa notte e la luna attraversa la stanza da letto dall’ingresso. L’intera parete si fa più silenziosa e matura. Passando al rovere, lo stesso verde profondo vira al bosco più che a mezzanotte: perfetto sopra un letto in pino o una testiera in lino. Il bianco lo addolcisce ulteriormente per un ambiente nordico chiaro o una camera per bambini. La larghezza si decide in base alla posizione: sopra il letto, vuole coprire tutta l’ampiezza della testiera, appeso abbastanza in basso perché le cime degli alberi restino appena sopra i cuscini. Tieni la biancheria semplice: un solo plaid panna, e le margherite lungo il bordo diventano l’unica fantasia della stanza. Su tela, il cielo materico non richiede vetro; la tela incorniciata è disponibile negli stessi sei colori ed è pronta da appendere.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Il cielo grigio renderà la mia camera fredda?

    Non se le pareti intorno sono calde. Il cielo è un grigio ardesia morbido, più che un blu acciaio, e i verdi scuri e la piccola luna dorata lo portano verso una sensazione più calda. Su una parete bianco sporco, color avena o grigio-blu gessoso, risulta sereno. Su una parete bianco puro e fredda, sotto una lampadina da luce diurna, può sembrare più freddo, quindi meglio una lampada calda.

    Quanto larga dovrebbe essere sopra un letto king-size?

    Punta a due terzi o tre quarti della larghezza del letto. Un letto king-size è largo circa 150 cm, quindi una misura tra 100 cm e 120 cm è quella giusta. Più stretta di così, e il formato lungo rischia di sembrare una striscia invece che una scena. Appendi il bordo inferiore a circa 15 cm sopra la testata, così il prato resta vicino ai cuscini.

    Funziona in una stanza che prende molta luce naturale?

    Sì, con un accorgimento. In piena luce diurna la luna e le stelle perdono un po’ del loro bagliore e il pezzo si legge come un paesaggio boschivo verde, comunque piacevole. Dà il meglio la sera, sotto una lampada calda. Se la stanza è esposta a sud, collocalo sulla parete opposta alla finestra invece che accanto.
