Riguardo a quest'opera

Start with the soft pink; it'll wake every brass fitting around it. Hang it in a kitchen and the whole room reads as a decision rather than an accident: the pinks pick up painted cabinets, the blue and white check answers tiles and tea towels, and the deep red coat gives the eye somewhere to land. It works above a console in a hallway too, where the open door and moonlit window make the wall feel like it carries on. Pair it with stoneware, checked textiles, cane seating and warm timber. Don't crowd it with other busy patterned pieces or hang it on a dark wall that swallows the pink. Printed on premium fine-art paper, with real wood framing available if you want a crisper edge.

Stampa, Carta e Cornici

STAMPA E CARTA:

Esalta dettagli, tonalità e texture in modo straordinario.

Finitura opaca

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will this look too busy in a small kitchen?

It holds up well because the pattern is contained. The checked tiles and floor sit in the lower half, while the pink walls and door give the top half room to breathe. Keep the wall around it plain and limit other pattern nearby to one or two things, like a tea towel or a cushion, and it reads as one clear picture rather than clutter.

My kitchen units are cream, not pink. Does it still work?

Yes. Cream and off-white are quiet backdrops, so the soft pink reads as a deliberate accent rather than a clash. It helps to repeat one colour from the picture somewhere in the room, such as navy in a checked cloth or a warm brown wooden board, so the artwork looks connected to what is already there.

Does the night-time setting make it feel dark on the wall?

Not really. Most of the picture is soft pink and warm light, with the dark shades limited to the window, the hallway and the floor tiles. It reads cosy rather than gloomy. In a room with little daylight, the pink still lifts, though a nearby lamp or under-cabinet light shows the detail best in the evening.

Is the portrait shape a problem above a wide sideboard?

A single portrait piece can look small over a long sideboard. If your furniture is wide, either size up to the larger tier or set the print off-centre and balance it with a lamp or a stack of books at the other end. Above a narrow console or on a hallway wall it works well on its own.
