How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the soft cream background look washed out on a white wall?
On a true bright-white wall it can read a little quiet. It sits best against soft cream, off-white, pale sage or warm putty walls, where the warm tan rabbit and sage leaves have something to push against. An oak or warm-toned frame also helps it hold its own.
Is it better above a cot or above a low dresser?
Both work. Above a cot, hang it high enough to stay clear of little hands but low enough that a standing adult can still see the detail. Above a low dresser or bookshelf it sits at a friendlier child eye-level and rewards close looking, which is really where this scene comes alive.
Does the scene feel too quiet for a lively kids' room?
It's a calm piece by design — the gentleness is the point. In a busier room with bright toys and patterned bedding, it acts as a soft visual rest. If you want something more energetic, pair it with a second, slightly bolder Potter scene rather than swapping it out.
