Ci piace il girasole quando ha un tocco di ruvidità. Qui il colore è steso denso, a creste, leggermente abrasivo: così il giallo si stacca dal blu profondo invece di appiattirsi su di esso. Appeso alla parete, una superficie anonima smette di fare da sfondo: il blu rinfresca l’ambiente, mentre il giallo rimanda calore. Sta benissimo in cucina, in sala da pranzo o alla svolta di un corridoio che attraversi più volte al giorno. Abbinalo a mobili laccati, legni caldi, maniglie in ottone e ceramiche color crema. Non affollarlo con altri fiori: un solo fiore così deciso vuole la parete tutta per sé. Stampato su carta fine art premium, con o senza cornice.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Il giallo risulterà troppo acceso in una cucina piccola?
In una cucina piccola il giallo si percepisce come calore più che come abbaglio, soprattutto perché lo sfondo blu profondo occupa più superficie del fiore. Tienilo su una parete semplice, all’altezza degli occhi, e lontano da piastrelle decorate o paraschizzi movimentati. Con mobili bianco sporco o navy alleggerisce la stanza senza prenderne il sopravvento.

La forma quadrata funziona sopra un sideboard o una console?
Sì, purché il mobile non sia molto lungo. Un formato quadrato dà il meglio sopra un pezzo largo fino a circa 120 cm, appeso al centro con uno spazio di circa 20-30 cm sotto. Su un sideboard più lungo può sembrare un po’ isolato, quindi conviene salire di formato oppure bilanciarlo con una lampada e un paio di oggetti a un’estremità.

Posso appenderlo in una stanza esposta a nord?
Sì. Una luce più fredda e piatta tende a spegnere le opere più pallide, ma qui il giallo e l’oro mantengono il loro calore e il blu profondo resta ricco, non fangoso. Se la parete riceve pochissima luce naturale, una lampada calda vicina farà risaltare la pennellata materica del capolino.
