Diciamolo: la tua cucina può accogliere più viola profondo di quanto immagini. Questa è una melanzana dipinta a mano — intera, con una fetta in sezione posta sotto — su uno sfondo crema caldo.
A parete, regala alla stanza un guizzo amichevole di colore senza essere chiassosa. Il viola è ricco ma composto, e il fondo crema mantiene tutto leggero. È il tipo di arte che fa sentire la cucina vissuta, non da showroom.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the deep purple clash with warm wood kitchen cabinets?
Not in our experience. The purple sits on a warm cream ground, which bridges nicely with oak, ash, and walnut tones. It actually flatters wood rather than fighting it. Where it can clash is with strong red accents or bright terracotta tile — those want their own space.
Is this better hung in a kitchen or a dining room?
Both work. In a kitchen it lifts a quiet wall above open shelves, beside the fridge, or in a breakfast nook. In a dining room it's lovely above a low sideboard at eye-level. We'd lean kitchen if the room is mostly cream and oak — that's where it sings hardest.
How visible is the brushwork up close?
Very. You can see the strokes running through the purple body of the aubergine, and the seeds inside the slice are dotted on by hand — deliberately uneven. It reads as a studio painting rather than a flat graphic, which is part of why it warms a kitchen up rather than feeling clinical.
