How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the title text 'CLAUDE MONET' and 'Water Lilies' show on the printed piece?
Yes. This is a museum-style poster reproduction, so the artist name across the top and the work title with 'Masters of Impressionism' beneath the image are part of the design. If you want the painting on its own without text, look for a borderless Monet reproduction instead.
The palette looks very pale — will it disappear on a white wall?
On a stark cool white, the pale blues and lilacs can read a little soft. It sits best on chalky off-white, warm white or gentle grey walls, where the soft contrast feels intentional rather than washed out. A wood or darker frame also helps the piece hold its edges.
Is the composition balanced enough to hang on its own above a bed?
Yes. The lily blooms cluster in the lower third and the pond reflections carry the eye upward, so the piece reads as a calm vertical anchor. It works solo above a standard double or king headboard, and pairs neatly with one matching companion if you prefer a diptych.
