Riguardo a quest'opera
Le ostriche hanno il loro momento nei mesi con la “r”, proprio come questo poster. Da settembre in poi la cucina riprende vita, la tavola si apparecchia come si deve e un piatto di qualcosa di freddo e salato è pura armonia. Appeso accanto al tavolo da pranzo, l’ambiente assume l’atmosfera di un buon bistrot prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti. L’inchiostro è di un nero profondo: su piastrelle bianche stile metro o su un piano in marmo mantiene un contrasto impeccabile, mentre il fondo crema lo addolcisce sotto la luce calda della sera. A dicembre dà il meglio: tavola pronta, limoni in vista e finestre scure già dalle quattro. In estate resta lì, senza disturbare nessuno. Stampato su carta fine art premium; disponibile con cornice in vero legno nero, se desideri un risultato finito.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
L’arte in bianco e nero sembrerà fredda nella mia cucina?
Non con questo. Il fondo è crema, non bianco puro, quindi sotto luci calde ricorda più una carta antica che una fotocopia. Il nero è denso e opaco, e sta benissimo con piastrelle bianche, marmo o un tavolo in legno dipinto. Tieni il colore delle pareti chiaro o verde intenso e il disegno scalda l’angolo invece di raffreddarlo.
Di che dimensione dovrei appenderlo accanto a un tavolo da pranzo?
Per un tavolo da quattro o sei persone, scegli una misura media, circa 50-70 cm quadrati, appesa in modo che il centro stia poco sopra la testa degli ospiti seduti. Su una parete da pranzo vuota, senza altro, funziona meglio una misura grande e il piatto si vede anche dalla porta. Sotto i 40 cm il dettaglio delle conchiglie si perde dalla parte opposta del tavolo.
Funziona anche in altri ambienti oltre alla cucina?
La sala da pranzo è la seconda casa naturale, e anche la parete di un piccolo ristorante o café la valorizza. Va bene pure in un home bar o in una lavanderia con mensole a vista. Camera da letto e soggiorno sono più difficili, perché i frutti di mare su un piatto vogliono stare vicino a dove si mangia. Se ti piace per il soggiorno, appendilo vicino al carrello bar.
