How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the dusty pink background clash with cream or oat walls?
No — the pink in this piece is muted and warm, more chalky than candy. It sits happily on cream, oat or warm white walls, and lifts them slightly without competing. On cooler grey or blue walls it can feel out of place, so it's better suited to warm-toned interiors.
Is this too busy for a small room?
It's a busy piece by design — fourteen dogs in a grid — but it actually works well in small rooms like hallways, downstairs loos and kitchen nooks. Hang it solo on a clear wall and give it 10–15cm of breathing room. Avoid pairing it with other figurative or pattern-heavy art nearby.
Does it suit a kids' bedroom or only adult spaces?
Both. The folk style and warm palette feel grown-up enough for a hallway or kitchen, but the friendly dog characters make it a natural fit for a kid's or older child's bedroom. It reads as art rather than a nursery print, so it won't feel outgrown quickly.
