How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the hot pink clash with a beige or cream room?
No — that combination actually works well. Cream, oat and sand walls read as a quiet backdrop and let the pinks and coral do the work. It's stronger reds, burgundy walls or heavily red-toned wood that will fight it. If your room is mostly neutral with cane, linen and terracotta, this slots in easily.
There's a lot going on in the picture — what size should I choose?
Go large. The scene is layered with small houses, striped steps, cacti and daisies, and those details flatten out at smaller sizes. A large portrait size lets you read the whole hillside from a couple of metres away while still enjoying the little painted touches up close. Small sizes suit a hallway nook at best.
Does it need other art around it or can it hang on its own?
On its own. It already has enough colour, pattern and detail to hold a wall by itself, and adding neighbours makes everything look crowded. Give it a plain painted wall with clear space either side. If you want more art in the room, put quieter, simpler pieces on a different wall.
