Riguardo a quest'opera

Somewhere between Matisse's cut-paper work and 1960s screen printing, this stacked pattern collage refuses to behave. Put it up and a flat, quiet wall suddenly has rhythm — blue, orange, pink and olive green stacked like fabric samples on a table. It carries a plain hallway or a slightly bare living-room wall on its own, and it lifts a kids' room without tipping into cartoon. Hang it at eye level on an off-white or pale blue wall, above a low sideboard, a bench or a desk. Keep the furnishings plain: painted timber, cane, cotton in one colour, a couple of white ceramics. What not to do is crowd it — skip patterned wallpaper, busy rugs and other multi-colour prints nearby, or the bands lose their punch. On premium fine-art paper the flat colour blocks and printed texture stay crisp.

Stampa, Carta e Cornici

STAMPA E CARTA:

Esalta dettagli, tonalità e texture in modo straordinario.

Finitura opaca

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

What makes Fab frames so good?

Not all frames are created equal. Many cheap frames are made with acidic materials or glazes that lack UV protection—meaning your beautiful print could fade, discolor, or deteriorate over time.

At Fab, we do things differently. Our frames are thoughtfully built to preserve and protect your artwork for the long haul. We use FSC-certified wood, 100% acid-free materials, and a UV-protective glaze to keep your print looking vibrant for decades.

That’s why our prints have an 80+ year archival lifespan—no fading, no yellowing, just art you’ll love for years to come.

If you're investing in art you love, it's worth framing it right.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Will all these patterns look too busy in a small room?

It reads as one tall block of colour rather than nine separate pictures, so it works in a small room as long as it is the only busy thing on the wall. Keep the rest plain — painted timber, plain cushions, one or two ceramics — and it settles down quickly.

Does it need to be large, or will a smaller size work?

Bigger is better here. The thin stripes, dots and halftone textures need height to stay separate; at small sizes several bands merge into one muddy stretch. If your wall is narrow, go tall rather than wide, and give it around 60cm of clear wall width.

What wall colour suits it best?

Off-white, cream or a pale blue wall works best, because the cream base in the artwork picks it up and the blue and orange bands stay sharp. Deep or heavily patterned walls fight it. If your walls are dark, a slim black frame and plenty of clear space around it help.
