Riguardo a quest'opera
Un segno lieve che non appesantisce lo spazio: una sola farfalla, tracciata in morbido inchiostro nero su fondo crema caldo, porta un equilibrio silenzioso senza creare rumore visivo. Appesa all’altezza degli occhi in camera da letto, sopra una madia bassa o lungo un corridoio stretto che attraversi ogni giorno, invita lo sguardo a fermarsi. Dialoga con legni chiari, lino, gres e pitture bianco gessoso, ma regge con carattere anche su una parete in terracotta scura. Lasciale respiro: questo soggetto vive meglio con parete libera tutt’intorno. Evita motivi affollati, primari accesi o cornici pesantemente dorate, che disturbano la morbidezza dell’inchiostro. In versione tela, la finitura opaca mantiene le tonalità soffuse e senza riflessi, esaltando la quieta tensione del pennello nei punti giusti.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Il fondo crema chiaro sembrerà slavato su una parete bianca?
Si legge più caldo di una parete bianca, quindi ottieni un morbido passaggio tonale invece di un effetto slavato. Se le tue pareti sono bianche brillanti, una sottile cornice nera o un bordo nero della tela definisce con chiarezza il pezzo. La forma quadrata è scomoda sopra un letto o una consolle?
Per niente — un quadrato sta bene sopra i mobili, purché sia circa due terzi della larghezza del pezzo sottostante. Centralo e lascia circa un palmo di parete libera su entrambi i lati. Sopra un letto, appendilo al centro e sollevalo un po’ sopra il livello degli occhi così la testiera non lo schiacci.

Posso appenderlo con altre opere o ha bisogno di una parete tutta sua?
Sta benissimo da solo, ed è l’opzione più semplice. Se vuoi un piccolo set, limitati a due o tre pezzi con lo stesso tono di carta calda e la stessa pennellata nera morbida, lasciando ampi spazi. Evita di abbinarlo a colori forti o fantasie pesanti, che appiattiscono la delicatezza dell’inchiostro.
