Riguardo a quest'opera
Parti dalla cornice: è lei a definire l’atmosfera della stanza. In marrone, il cielo velato e i verdi salvia evocano un dipinto antico, e l’intera parete si fa più quieta e senza tempo. Appesa sopra un letto con biancheria in lino sabbia e avorio, le montagne si allineano con la testiera. Il nero fa l’opposto: il cielo chiaro si fa più nitido, i profili dei cactus diventano grafici e la stessa immagine si sposa con una parete in intonaco in un appartamento moderno, con un divano in pelle sottostante. Evita invece il bianco: scarica il cielo e lascia i tetti in terracotta isolati. Qualunque finitura tu scelga, dai al quadro tutta la larghezza del mobile sottostante. A un metro di larghezza, la missione sembra a portata di passo; più piccola, è una cartolina. Su tela, la cornice avvolge il bordo e la foschia arriva fino all’estremità.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

What's your return policy?
If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.
We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
I colori resistono bene in una camera esposta a nord?
Sì, e meglio di molti altri. Qui il cielo è già pallido e leggermente freddo, quindi la luce piatta del nord non lo spegne come succede con un cielo blu acceso. Il verde salvia e la sabbia restano leggibili. A cambiare è il calore, quindi dipingi la parete con un bianco caldo o una sabbia polverosa invece che con bianco puro e la collina manterrà il suo calore anche in una mattina grigia.
Quanto larga dovrebbe essere sopra un letto king size?
Punta a circa due terzi della larghezza della testiera, quindi per un king UK circa 100-120 cm. Il formato lungo lo mantiene basso, quindi non appesantisce il soffitto. Appendilo a un palmo sopra la testiera così la linea della montagna si trovi appena sopra i cuscini. Sotto il metro, la missione diventa un dettaglio più che il soggetto principale.
Sta bene in un appartamento moderno o solo in una stanza rustica?
Sta bene in entrambi, e il telaio decide quale effetto prevale. In marrone sembra un vecchio dipinto western e si inserisce bene tra pelle, terracotta e intonaco grezzo. In nero i contorni dei cactus diventano più netti e funziona sopra un divano semplice in un appartamento con pareti bianche. In ogni caso, lascia la parete libera: il formato ampio vuole spazio ai lati.
