Riguardo a quest'opera
La tela perfetta per quel tratto di parete alla svolta della scala: troppo stretto per uno specchio, troppo alto per un quadro squadrato, e così resta nudo per anni. Questo formato verticale e slanciato riempie l’altezza senza appesantire la ringhiera. Il colore fa il resto: le tende arancioni, su boiserie bianca, brillano come una finestra al crepuscolo, mentre il grigio della strada alla base equilibra e evita ogni eccesso di dolcezza. Appendila in modo che l’albero sia all’altezza degli occhi dal pianerottolo, non dal piano terra. Mantieni la ringhiera libera. Una sola lampadina calda sopra basta: il colore regge anche in una tromba delle scale senza finestre. Sulla tela le tonalità risultano piene e opache, pronte da appendere senza vetro che rifletta la luce delle scale.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

L’arancione rischia di sovrastare un corridoio piccolo?
Non se la parete attorno resta semplice. L’arancione sta nella metà alta del pezzo, con la strada grigia e i tronchi scuri sotto, quindi il colore si legge come un bagliore più che come un blocco. In un corridoio stretto tieni le pareti bianche o grigio chiaro e non aggiungere altri oggetti arancioni vicino. Una sola luce calda sopra basta a far risaltare le tende da sole senza bisogno della luce naturale.
Funziona se la mia stanza ha già grigio e rosa?
Sì, e meglio di molti altri. La strada e il cielo nel pezzo sono grigio ardesia e rosa d’intonaco, quindi un runner grigio o un cuscino rosa polveroso li richiama senza sembrare studiato. L’arancione diventa così l’unica nota brillante della stanza. Evita di aggiungere un secondo colore caldo forte, come un tappeto rosso, o l’insieme inizia a confliggere.
Quanto deve essere grande per un pianerottolo di scale?
Vai in alto. Su un pianerottolo la vedi dal basso e da qualche passo di distanza, quindi qualsiasi cosa sotto gli 80 cm di altezza fa perdere l’albero e riduce la strada a una cartolina. Circa 50 per 100 cm va bene per la maggior parte delle scale di case a schiera, con il punto centrale all’altezza degli occhi dal pianerottolo e non dal pavimento del corridoio. Lascia almeno una larghezza di una mano libera per lato.
