How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the hot pink background look too much in a living room?
It's bold, but it reads as warm rather than harsh — closer to a sunset pink than a candy pink. In a room with off-white or plaster walls and warm timber furniture, the pink lifts the space rather than taking it over. If your room already has hot pink cushions or wallpaper, pick a quieter wall for it.
Is the horse clearly recognisable, or is it more abstract?
The horse is clearly there — head, mane, legs and movement all read at a glance. The colour treatment is expressive rather than realistic, so up close you see thick palette-knife strokes and individual planes of pink, orange and purple, but from across the room it reads as a galloping horse first.
Does it work in a smaller room, or does it need a big wall?
It can work in a smaller room, but go for the largest size the wall will take and keep the rest of the space calm. The colour wants scale to do its job. In a hallway or compact study, hang it on its own with no other strong artwork on the same wall.
