How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the lettering part of the artwork or can it be removed?
The 'Cinque Terre' hand-lettering is painted into the artwork itself — it's a core part of the composition and can't be removed. If you'd prefer a piece without text, a plain watercolour landscape would suit you better.
Will the coral and turquoise clash in a kitchen that's mostly neutral?
It works well in neutral kitchens — the cream background does a lot of the work, so the coral and turquoise read as accents rather than a full colour scheme. Warm timber, painted cabinets and natural fibres help tie it in.
Is it busy enough to feel cluttered on a small wall?
There's a lot to look at, so give it breathing room. On a small wall, hang it on its own at eye level rather than alongside other prints. A medium size, centred, lets the vignettes read clearly without overwhelming the space.
