Riguardo a quest'opera
Prima che qualcuno parli di illustrazione massimalista, nota cosa fa quel rosso brillante sulle semplici piastrelle bianche. Un pomodoro intero e uno tagliato a metà, dipinti a mano con pennellate sicure su un fondo crema caldo.
Riporta vita a una parete di cucina che si è fatta silenziosa. Il rosso valorizza rovere e faggio, il crema lo stempera e i gambi verde scuro impediscono che il tutto scivoli nella pura novità.
Sta benissimo sopra il piano di lavoro, accanto alla porta della dispensa o sopra un piccolo tavolo da colazione. Il formato verticale funziona negli spazi stretti che altre opere non riescono a valorizzare.
Abbinalo a vasi in terracotta, un tocco di tessuto vichy, ceramiche bianche e legno caldo. Un solo pezzo deciso è sufficiente — lascia che il resto della cucina resti semplice.
Meno a suo agio nelle cucine minimaliste in grigio freddo, dove ogni superficie è studiata per passare in secondo piano. Questo vuole farsi vedere. Stampato su carta fine art spessa con finitura opaca morbida.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the bright red feel too loud in a small kitchen?
Not usually. Most of the print is warm cream, so the red reads as a single confident accent rather than a wall of colour. In a small kitchen, hang it on its own against plain tile or a painted wall and keep the worktop below uncluttered — that's what lets the red lift the room instead of crowding it.
Does this work in a dining room or only a kitchen?
It works in both. The food subject obviously suits a kitchen, but the portrait shape and bold red also lift a small dining nook or breakfast corner. Above a round table with cane chairs or a simple bench, it gives the wall a focal point without needing a gallery cluster around it.
Is the background true white or off-white?
It's a warm cream, not a cool bright white. That matters because it sits more easily next to oak, beech, terracotta and other warm kitchen materials. If your kitchen is built around stark white tile and cool grey cabinetry, the cream will read as a soft contrast rather than blending in.
