Riguardo a quest'opera
Un’opera che scalda e rinfresca allo stesso tempo. I verdi profondi e i blu ardesia abbassano la temperatura visiva lungo una parete alta, mentre l’oro al centro ribalta l’effetto: così un corridoio a nord perde la sensazione di freddo e una zona a sud mantiene la sua calma. Splendida su una parete scala bianco gesso, dove tutto il vano si illumina di giallo; su intonaco rosa cipria o argilla i verdi diventano più freddi e la composizione si legge come una finestra sull’ombra. Meglio abbinare serramenti e dettagli in legno scuro: pedate nere o corrimano antracite lasciano spazio a viola e rossi senza competere. Richiede una parete alta: concedetele tutta l’altezza. Stampata su carta fine art dietro vetro, i colori restano nitidi anche visti dal fondo del corridoio.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

I colori andranno in contrasto con una parete verde?
Una parete verde profondo è lo sfondo migliore che possa avere. I verdi salvia e bosco dell’opera si fondono con la parete, mentre oro, viola e blu ardesia vengono in primo piano, così l’immagine si legge come un’apertura luminosa e non come un rettangolo affollato. Quanto in alto dovrei andare per una parete di scala?
Più in alto di quanto istintivamente penseresti. Su una parete di scala l’occhio sale con i gradini, e un pezzo sotto gli 80 cm di altezza sembra un ripensamento a metà percorso. Circa 100 cm di altezza si adattano alla maggior parte dei corridoi vittoriani ed edoardiani, appeso in modo che il centro sia all’altezza degli occhi dal pavimento del corridoio. Lascia uno spazio libero di una mano per lato.

Funziona in una stanza piena di pattern?
Solo se il pattern è piccolo e discreto, come una riga fine o una trama liscia con texture. L’opera porta con sé centinaia di piccole forme, quindi un grande motivo floreale o un tappeto geometrico deciso nelle vicinanze finirebbero per competere e perdere entrambi. Velluto semplice, lino semplice e una parete a tinta unita gli danno lo spazio di cui ha bisogno.
