Riguardo a quest'opera
Questo poster chiede spazio e respiro: appendilo su una parete libera, dal battiscopa al soffitto, senza appendiabiti né mensole. Evita di affiancarlo a una libreria reale: due librerie nello stesso corridoio significano ripetere la stessa battuta. Dipingi la parete in un bianco sporco o in un delicato color stucco, mai in tonalità tabacco: il fondo cammello vuole dialogare con una base più chiara. Poi lascia che sia il rosso a parlare. Nessun runner a motivo contrastante, nessuna fila di foto di famiglia accanto; sotto, al massimo, una panca in rovere semplice, se serve una seduta. Tra due finestre su un pianerottolo funziona allo stesso modo: appendilo all’altezza degli occhi, con nulla sopra o sotto. Mantieni le luci calde e le pareti pulite. Stampato su carta fine-art, il colore pieno resta opaco, esaltando l’effetto pittorico.

How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Il rosso sarà troppo intenso in un corridoio piccolo?

Non se la parete dietro è chiara. Il rosso è distribuito in blocchi stretti su un fondo cammello, quindi dalla porta sembra formato da strisce più che da una massa piena di colore. I problemi iniziano solo se il corridoio è dipinto in tonalità tan, beige o marrone caldo, perché il fondo allora scompare e il rosso galleggia. Una pittura avorio o color stucco lo tiene in equilibrio.

Quanto deve essere alta la parete?

Nel formato grande il pezzo è circa due volte più alto che largo, quindi considera almeno 1,2 m di altezza libera con circa 20 cm sopra e sotto. Un soffitto standard da 2,4 m offre ampio spazio. La larghezza conta meno: una parete da 50 cm può ospitarlo, ed è per questo che funziona nello spazio accanto a una scala o tra due finestre.

Funziona in una stanza che ha già delle librerie?

Funziona meglio dove non ce ne sono. Accanto a librerie vere diventa l’immagine dell’oggetto vicino e perde il suo senso. Mettilo in corridoio, sul pianerottolo o in uno studio con una scrivania semplice e contenitori chiusi, e farà da libreria senza aggiungere un altro mobile. Un vaso di fiori rossi vicino è compagnia sufficiente.
