How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
How dark does the background actually read on the wall?
The foliage ground is a deep near-black green rather than pure black — it reads as inky and atmospheric rather than flat. On a chalky plaster or off-white wall it carves out a clear rectangle of depth without feeling like a black hole; on a dark wall it softens and the pink peonies do most of the work.
Will the pinks clash with warm terracotta or cool grey rooms?
The blush and dusty-rose peonies sit happily next to plaster, oat, olive, brass and warm woods. They'll fight cool blue-grey schemes and icy whites, where the pink starts to look candy rather than heritage. Terracotta works if it's the muted clay version rather than orange-leaning.
Is the 'Fauna & Flora — Artful Nature' typography part of the print, or can I crop it out?
The typography is part of the artwork — it's what gives the piece its exhibition-poster character and stops it reading as a straight botanical study. It's printed as designed and not removable; if you want the florals on their own without lettering, this isn't the right piece.
