How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the warm cream background clash with bright white walls?
It can look slightly yellowed against a very cool bright white. On chalky cream, soft off-white, warm clay or deep green walls it sits beautifully. If your walls are crisp cool white, a warm brown or black frame helps bridge the temperature difference and makes the cream read as intentional rather than off.
Is this suitable for a child's room or nursery?
It can work for an older child's room that leans warm and characterful, but it isn't a soft pastel nursery piece. The black is graphic and the horse has presence rather than cuteness. For nurseries, lighter folk animal prints in pastels usually feel like a better fit.
Does it need to be hung solo or can I cluster it?
It's strong enough to hold a wall on its own above a console or desk. If you want to cluster, keep it as the largest piece and pair with quieter folk botanicals or simple typography in the same cream-black-gold range, with a little breathing space between frames.
