How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the print as soft and pastel as it looks on screen?
Yes — the palette is intentionally muted. The pink reads as a warm soft pink rather than hot pink, and the blue stripes are dusty rather than bright. It looks gentle on the wall, not loud, and sits well next to cream and pale wood.
Will it work in a teen or grown-up room, or is it just for younger kids?
It works well past primary-school age. The illustration is playful but not babyish — no cartoon faces, no bright primaries. Teens with a ski or snowboard interest tend to like it, and it suits a modern guest bedroom or chalet hallway just as well.
Does the striped background fight with patterned bedding or rugs?
It can if you stack patterns. The stripes are the loudest thing in the print, so keep nearby textiles calmer — plain linen, ticking stripe in the same blue, or a small geometric. Busy florals or strong tartans in the same eyeline will feel crowded.
