How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will this feel too childish in an adult bedroom?
It reads as playful rather than childish — the brushwork is loose and painterly, and the palette is soft pink and dusty blue rather than bright primary colours. Hung on its own above a bed with quiet bedding, it sits comfortably in an adult room. Pair it with strong primary colours or cartoon-style art and it will tip younger.
Does the soft pink read as warm or cool?
It's a warm, dusty pink — closer to a clay or plaster pink than a bubblegum pink. It sits well next to warm whites, cream, pale oak and painted timber. On a cool blue-grey wall the warm pink will look slightly orange, so a chalky off-white or soft warm white wall is the safest backdrop.
Is the composition centred or weighted to one side?
The two cats sit roughly centred at the top, with the blanket and props weighted slightly toward the lower right where the popcorn bowl is. It hangs best centred on its wall — off-centre placement above a bed or dresser will exaggerate that lower-right pull and feel slightly off.
