How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will this work on a dark painted wall, or only on white?
It comes alive on a darker painted wall — forest green, inky blue, deep plum or a moody plaster. The cream and mustard swirls give it enough contrast to read clearly. On a plain white wall it still works, but you lose some of the cocooning, confident feel that makes this piece land.
Is the green more teal or more forest?
Both. The ground is a deep forest green, almost black-green in places, and the brushwork on top sits closer to teal. The combination gives the print depth — it doesn't read as one flat colour. The mustard yellow and cream swirls keep it from feeling too dark or heavy.
Can I put this in a bedroom?
Yes, but treat it as a bold choice rather than a quiet one. It suits an eclectic or bohemian bedroom with darker walls, warm timber and layered textiles. If your bedroom runs on soft pinks, pale neutrals or a strict minimal palette, the deep green and mustard will feel like a different conversation.
