Riguardo a quest'opera
Ottobre è il mese in cui la cucina dà il meglio. Il forno va quasi ogni pomeriggio, il tavolo si infarina e le pareti sembrano spoglie accanto a tanta attività. Appendi questo poster sopra il tavolo della colazione: il rosso ciliegia accende ogni nota calda dell’ambiente, dal piano in pino alla riga sul canovaccio. Il salvia sullo sfondo attenua il calore di un paraschizzi in piastrelle color crema. Ama la compagnia: una ciotola di mele sul bancone, una brocca blu, nient’altro su quella parete. In sala da pranzo svolge lo stesso ruolo in versione più raccolta, appeso poco sopra la credenza dove vive la caffettiera a stantuffo. Concedigli almeno 50 cm di lato: più piccolo e la fetta diventa educata, e l’eleganza non è il punto qui. Su carta fine art, il motivo a vichy mantiene il suo tratto pittorico.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Il rosso stonerà con i colori della mia cucina?
Meno di quanto pensi. Il rosso occupa meno di un terzo dell’immagine, e la salvia tenue intorno serve a calmare. Contro mobili color crema, salvia, navy o grigio chiaro si legge come l’unico accento caldo della stanza. L’unico schema con cui fatica è una cucina già rossa, dove smette di essere un accento e diventa più dello stesso.
Che dimensione dovrei scegliere sopra un tavolo da cucina?
Per un tavolo da due a quattro persone, punta a 50 o 60 cm quadrati e appendilo in modo che il centro sia a circa 145 cm dal pavimento, un po’ più in basso se lo guardate soprattutto da seduti. Sopra un piano, 40 o 50 cm bastano perché lo vedi da più vicino. Sotto i 40 cm le pennellate si ammorbidiscono e il pezzo comincia ad assomigliare a un biglietto.
Funziona anche fuori dalla cucina?
Sì, purché abbia senso legarlo al cibo. Una credenza in sala da pranzo è la seconda casa più ovvia, e un piccolo angolo ufficio dove si prende il caffè è sorprendentemente adatto. Sta bene anche sulla parete vicino a una porta sul retro che dà sul giardino, dove la salvia richiama il verde fuori. Soggiorni e camere da letto tendono a farlo sembrare fuori posto.
