How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the dark background look too heavy in a small room?
The dark backdrop is broken up by pale flecks, red berries and warm fox tones, so it reads layered rather than solid. In a small room it gives the wall depth without closing it in, especially with warm bulbs nearby. Avoid hanging it on a very dark wall — a pale or chalky wall lets the fox lift forward properly.
Does the poster text read clearly at smaller sizes?
The lettering at the top and bottom is bold and well-spaced, so it stays legible at smaller print sizes. The small-print event details at the very bottom will soften at the smallest size — fine for decoration, less so if you want every line readable. Step up a size if the typography matters to you.
Is this only suitable as winter or Christmas decor?
The red berries and pine give it a seasonal lean, but the fox, foliage and Arts and Crafts styling carry it through the year. It reads strongest from autumn into early spring, and still earns its place in summer rooms with warm woods, deep greens or country-leaning furniture.
