Riguardo a quest'opera
Molte camere si svegliano troppo in fretta: una parete ampia dietro la testiera, dipinta in bianco sporco, non offre riposo agli occhi prima che inizi la giornata. Appendendo questa tela, la stanza conquista una lentezza mattutina che prima non aveva. Il verde oliva, morbido, si fonde con la parete; il crema richiama la luce che filtra dalle persiane; l’insieme evoca la foschia dell’alba, quando tutto è ancora silenzio. Mantienila larga: a 100 cm di ampiezza, gli alberi attraversano l’intero profilo di un letto matrimoniale e la testiera sembra il suolo sotto di loro. Lino lavato color avena o grigio, una sola lampada, nessuna fantasia sulla biancheria. Un intonaco chiaro o un bianco gessoso lasciano che il verde resti discreto. In una stanza esposta a nord sembra che si sia aperta una finestra. Su tela, la foschia corre fino ai bordi, senza vetro tra te e i pini.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Il verde si vedrà su una parete bianco sporco?
Sì, purché la parete sia un bianco freddo o gessoso e non una crema calda. L’oliva negli alberi è di qualche tono più scuro della parete e si legge come profondità, quindi il pezzo sembra un’apertura soffice nel muro. Su una parete crema o magnolia le aree pallide si fondono e restano a distinguersi solo i tronchi, appiattendo l’effetto.
Quanto larga dovrebbe essere la stampa sopra un letto king size?
Punta a circa due terzi della larghezza del letto, quindi all’incirca 120 cm su un king da 150 cm. Così l’orizzonte di tronchi corre lungo la testiera e la nebbia si apre verso i comodini. A 90 cm il pezzo inizia a sembrare un quadro appeso alla parete invece che parte della stanza, e non è questo il suo scopo.
Si adatta a una stanza con luce calda serale?
Sì, anche se cambia carattere. La luce da ovest scalda le aree crema verso un oro morbido e gli alberi sembrano del tardo pomeriggio invece che dell’alba. In una stanza esposta a nord le stesse velature restano fredde e grigio-verdi, più vicine alla nebbia vera. Funzionano entrambe, ma se vuoi l’atmosfera nebbiosa e mattutina, tienilo lontano dal sole basso diretto.
