Riguardo a quest'opera
Molte stanze si fermano all’altezza dello sguardo: divano, mensole, lampada, tutto nei primi due metri, mentre la parete sopra resta in attesa. Appesa larga sopra il letto, questa tela offre una via verso l’alto. Il caldo bruno del tronco cattura l’occhio alla testiera, i rami lo accompagnano verso gli angoli e il cielo chiaro apre visivamente il soffitto. Il verde salvia calma l’insieme. Mantieni il letto in lino bianco e lascia la parete in intonaco nudo ai lati. A 100 cm di larghezza si legge come un baldacchino; più stretta diventa l’immagine di un albero, ed è tutt’altra cosa. Ama la luce del nord. È perfetta anche per una camera che si scalda troppo nel pomeriggio, perché qui l’ombra si percepisce davvero. Su tela i rami scorrono oltre i bordi avvolti, senza interruzioni.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Il verde sembrerà freddo in una camera esposta a nord?
Qui i verdi virano più sul grigio che sul blu, quindi restano morbidi con la luce fredda invece di diventare glaciali. Il marrone caldo della corteccia fa gran parte del lavoro in una stanza esposta a nord, e appare più caldo mentre la luce del giorno si affievolisce. Abbinala a una parete bianco sporco invece che a un bianco puro e tutto si assesta. Sotto una lampada da comodino calda, la corteccia color crema si illumina leggermente.
Quanto larga dovrebbe essere sopra un letto king size?
Un letto king è largo circa 150 cm e il quadro sopra dovrebbe coprirne circa due terzi, quindi punta a 100-120 cm di larghezza. A quella misura la chioma riempie lo sguardo quando ti sdrai e i rami si allungano verso le lampade da comodino. Sotto i 90 cm inizia a sembrare una cartolina su una parete grande, e si perde il senso di un albero dalla forma ampia.
Funziona in una stanza già piena di piante?
Sì, purché le piante non siano direttamente sotto. Le foglie vere accanto a quelle dipinte si contendono l’attenzione e la parete perde forza. Tieni le piante dall’altro lato della stanza o a terra vicino a una finestra, e lascia che questa occupi la parete da sola. Il verde salvia e il verde grigio si abbina alla maggior parte del fogliame, quindi la stanza si legge come un unico insieme verde invece che come due.
