Riguardo a quest'opera
Lascia che sia lei a dominare la parete della scala. Un’immagine alta e ricchissima di dettagli non ama compagni: sposta targhe e foto di famiglia altrove e mantieni la pittura semplice. Un crema o un bianco gessoso valorizzano il fondo prugna, che deve restare l’elemento più scuro del corridoio. Evita carte da parati a motivo nel suo raggio visivo: le scritte decorano già da sole. Anche il pavimento resti discreto, con un semplice runner al posto di un persiano, mentre un corrimano in legno scuro aggiunge calore. L’illuminazione è meno cruciale di quanto pensi: la luce naturale da una finestra sul pianerottolo basta. Appendila in modo che il volto sia appena sopra il livello degli occhi salendo le scale, lasciando la parete libera per circa un metro su entrambi i lati. Su tela si monta direttamente al muro, senza vetro, così la luce del pianerottolo non crea riflessi.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Le scritte e i dettagli si leggono ancora da lontano in un corridoio?
In grande formato, sì. Il titolo in basso e l’arco di lettere intorno alla testa sono abbastanza grandi da leggersi dalla fine di un tipico corridoio di casa. Gli ornamenti più fini, le stelle e i gioielli, si apprezzano meglio da vicino mentre sali le scale. Sotto la misura media il testo si riduce a una texture, quindi scegli grande se la leggibilità per te conta.
Quale colore di parete si abbina al prugna e al crema di questo pezzo?
Un crema gessoso o un bianco caldo sporco è la scelta più sicura, perché richiama il fondo carta e lascia al prugna la profondità maggiore della stanza. Anche il salvia spento funziona e riprende il verde del drappeggio. Evita pareti viola, che inghiottono il prugna, e il bianco acceso, che fa sembrare il crema sporco.
Sta bene in un appartamento moderno o solo in una casa d’epoca?
Sta bene in entrambi, purché la parete intorno resti semplice. In un appartamento moderno, crema e prugna si sposano bene con intonaco bianco e pavimenti in cemento chiaro, e la forma alta è perfetta per le pareti strette tipiche delle case nuove. Basta aggiungere legno scuro o una poltrona in velluto vicino, e smette di sembrare un souvenir da museo per sembrare una scelta precisa.
