Riguardo a quest'opera
Tela soffione blu di grande eleganza, perfetta per creare un’atmosfera calma e raffinata. La luce del mattino, filtrando dalla finestra del pianerottolo, rende l’azzurro slavato quasi grigio e raffredda la stanza, donandole quiete. A metà pomeriggio il blu si fa più profondo, vicino al denim, e il bianco del soffione risalta con delicatezza. Posizionala sulla striscia di parete accanto alla finestra, non di fronte: la luce scivolerà di lato invece di rimbalzare. Si abbina meravigliosamente a intonaci gessosi e tende in lino panna, che proseguono la stessa morbidezza fino al pavimento. Al crepuscolo, con una sola lampada accesa, il fondo si scurisce e il fusto rimane in evidenza. Evita altre opere su quella parete: concedile tutta l’altezza, appendendola in modo che il soffione resti appena sopra il livello degli occhi. Su tela, le pennellate nel blu emergono con carattere e l’opera si legge come un dipinto vero e proprio, senza bordi che distraggano.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

If it shows up and you're not happy with it, you have 99 days to return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

We've been doing this long enough to know that sometimes a piece just doesn't work in your space, and that's fine. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Il blu sembrerà freddo in un corridoio esposto a nord?

In luce nord appare più freddo, più vicino al grigio che al denim, e questo in un corridoio funziona meglio di quanto sembri. Il capolino bianco mantiene la sua luminosità qualunque sia la luce. Scalda lo spazio con pavimento e tessuti invece che con la parete: pavimento in pino o rovere, stuoia in cocco, runner in lana color avena. Il blu così resta una nota fresca, non fredda.

Quanto deve essere alto per funzionare su una parete di pianerottolo?

Punta ad almeno 80 cm di altezza, e sali a 100 cm o più se il pianerottolo ha un soffitto alto. Il fusto è quasi tutta l’immagine e ha bisogno di lunghezza per sembrare in piedi, non seduto. Appendilo in modo che il capolino sia leggermente sopra il livello degli occhi di chi sta sul pianerottolo, con parete libera sotto fino al battiscopa.

Sta bene in bagno?

Sì, e il bagno è una delle stanze migliori per lui. L’azzurro slavato si abbina a piastrelle bianche, fughe chiare e rubinetterie cromate o nichel spazzolato, e il motivo singolo regge bene in uno spazio piccolo dove un’arte più ricca lo farebbe sembrare affollato. Scegli una parete lontana dagli spruzzi diretti della doccia, per esempio la striscia accanto alla porta o sopra il portasciugamani, e tieni il resto della stanza essenziale.
