Riguardo a quest'opera
Tre zucche bastano a raccontare l’autunno. Su un fondo verde profondo che attenua l’arancione, questa tela dona calore senza trasformare la cucina in una vetrina. Appesa sopra una panca da pranzo o su una credenza, rende al meglio con parete libera ai lati e senza oggetti sotto. Lascia il tavolo essenziale: legno naturale, tovaglioli di lino, una brocca in gres; evita altri tocchi arancioni. Pareti avorio o grigio talpa chiaro le danno respiro; le carte da parati floreali la contrastano. Lasciala fino oltre novembre: senza “scenografia” attorno, si legge come folk art e non come addobbo stagionale, guadagnandosi il muro tutto l’anno. Tesa su un telaio in legno, non richiede vetro ed arriva pronta da appendere.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Sembrerà fuori posto quando l'autunno sarà finito?
Molto meno di quanto pensi. Il fondo verde e il bordo crema fanno gran parte del lavoro, e l'arancione, una volta sparite le vere zucche dalla tavola, si legge come un colore caldo e naturale più che stagionale. Trattala come un pezzo folk con un soggetto del raccolto, mantieni la stanza libera da altri arancioni e starà bene anche in primavera.
Che colore di parete dovrebbe esserci dietro?
Bianco sporco o stucco morbido sono la scelta più semplice, perché il bordo crema si fonde con la parete e il pannello verde sembra fluttuare. Un verde profondo vicino al colore del fondo è l'opzione più decisa, e fa brillare le zucche. Evita il grigio freddo e il bianco puro, che rendono l'arancione più forte di quanto voglia essere.
Quanto deve essere larga sopra una panca da pranzo?
Punta a circa due terzi della lunghezza della panca, che per la maggior parte significa tra 100 e 120 cm. A questa larghezza i tre motivi si distendono in modo uniforme e il bordo floreale si legge come un bordo, non come una linea sfocata. Appendila con il bordo inferiore a un palmo sopra lo schienale della panca, così fa parte della seduta.
