Riguardo a quest'opera
La luce del mattino è la sua alleata: in cucina, il sole basso accarezza prima l’arancione, mentre il verde profondo sullo sfondo resta pacato. Il risultato è un calore discreto, che avvolge senza sovrastare la colazione. È un’opera da ore mattutine. La sera, il verde si ritrae e il bordo crema illumina sotto una sospensione. Appendila in verticale sopra una credenza in legno o lungo la parete dietro la panca del tavolo, quasi quanto la larghezza del piano che fronteggia. Legno di pino spazzolato, una brocca in gres, nient’altro su quella parete: l’arancione parla da sé, soprattutto da ottobre. Quando le zucche sullo zerbino cedono, questa tela conserva la stagione in casa tutto il tempo che vuoi. Tesa su un telaio in legno, arriva pronta da appendere, senza vetro tra te e quel verde.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Rischia di sembrare fuori posto quando l’autunno è finito?
Molto meno di quanto pensi. Il verde intenso e il crema portano la maggior parte dell’immagine, e questi due colori stanno bene in cucina tutto l’anno. L’arancione si legge come raccolto in ottobre e come calore in febbraio. Se vuoi davvero ruotarlo, si conserva piatto e torna fuori con la prima mattina fredda di settembre.
Quanto largo dovrebbe essere sopra una panca da pranzo?
Punta a circa due terzi della lunghezza della panca. Su un tavolo da 180 cm questo ti porta intorno ai 120 cm di larghezza, così le tre zucche si dispongono più o meno una per posto. Più piccolo, e la parete ai lati sembra trascurata. Appendi il bordo inferiore a una spanna sopra l’altezza della testa da seduti, così nessuno lo urta.
L’arancione stona con una cucina rossa o terracotta?
Con pavimento in terracotta funziona, perché il pavimento è lontano dalla parete e il verde crea separazione. Una alzata rossa o arancio bruciato proprio sotto è più difficile, perché i due toni caldi competono da vicino. In quel caso spostalo sul lato pranzo oppure scegli una parete con salvia, crema o verde scuro sullo sfondo.
