How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Are the two dogs identical or are they a proper pair?
They're a mirrored pair, not identical. The dog on the left has soft grey-blue spots and a blue collar; the one on the right has larger rust patches and a rust collar. The faces and pose mirror each other, which is how original Staffordshire spaniels were always made — to sit either side of a mantel or shelf.
Will the cream background look dirty against a bright white wall?
The cream is warm rather than yellowed, so it usually reads as soft and intentional next to a bright white wall rather than dingy. If your walls are very cool blue-white, the print will lean noticeably warm — that can be lovely, or jarring, depending on the rest of the room. Test against the wall first.
Does it work as a single piece, or do I need two?
It works as a single piece — the pair is already inside the artwork. You don't need to buy two and hang them either side of a fireplace. One print above a console, sideboard or small sofa is enough.
