Tela illustrata in blu profondo su rosso e rosa: un inventario gioioso di cose della cucina italiana — pomodori, passata, peperoncini, formati di pasta, vino e una scodella fumante in cima. La cornice in rovere fa la differenza: comunica subito che in cucina si fa sul serio.
Appesa, l’atmosfera si scioglie: pareti un po’ troppo educate diventano il luogo dove si cucina davvero. Il bordo a quadretti rosso e rosa unisce tutto senza alzare la voce.
Sta benissimo in cucina, sulla parete della sala da pranzo o nel corridoio che conduce alla zona giorno. L’altezza ideale è a livello occhi, sopra una credenza o una mensola.
Abbinala a mobili dipinti, mensole in rovere, lino a quadretti rossi, brocche in gres e maniglie in ottone caldo. Ama le stanze vissute più degli ambienti da showroom.
Non nasconderla dietro una pianta alta né affollarla con altre tre stampe a tema cibo: lasciale la scena.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the warm reds clash with a cool grey kitchen?
Honestly, yes — this print runs warm, with red, soft pink and a deep blue line on cream. In a cool grey or stainless steel kitchen it'll fight the room rather than settle into it. It's much happier with painted cabinets, timber, terracotta tiles or a creamy plaster wall.
Is there a lot of small detail, or does it read from across the room?
Both, but the close-up detail is the point. From across the room you read the red-and-pink checked border and the central steaming bowl. Up close you start clocking the passata tin, six pasta shapes, chillies, wine bottle and tiny postage stamp. Medium size is the sweet spot.
Does it work in a dining room or only the kitchen?
Dining room works really well — especially a relaxed one with a round table, mismatched chairs and warm lighting. The food-and-wine subject sets the tone for the room without being on the nose. It's less suited to formal dining set-ups with polished marble or crystal.
