Riguardo a quest'opera
Il mattino è il momento in cui questo poster dà il meglio. La luce che scende dalla finestra colpisce il muro in diagonale: il verde muschio si fa morbido e grigio per un’ora, poi si scalda di nuovo. Nel tardo pomeriggio le cappelle color crema catturano l’oro rimasto e lo trattengono. Appendilo sul pianerottolo intermedio, un po’ sotto il livello degli occhi, così lo incontri salendo. Intonaco gessoso alle spalle, passatoia color avena sotto i piedi e il resto della parete lasciato nudo. L’altezza fa il resto: una parete stretta vuole un elemento alto, e questo dà alle scale un motivo per rallentare. In un corridoio senza finestre funziona comunque: il verde vira all’oliva e l’insieme si fa più raccolto. Stampato su carta fine art, i bordi ad acquerello restano morbidi: basta una cornice sottile in rovere.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
I verdi andranno in contrasto con una parete dipinta in salvia?
No, stanno nella stessa famiglia. L’oliva e il muschio del fondo sono di una o due tonalità più profondi rispetto alla maggior parte delle vernici salvia, quindi il pezzo appare come una zona più scura sulla parete invece che come un colore in competizione. I cappelli crema gli danno luce. Se la tua salvia è molto grigia, aspettati che qui i verdi risultino un po’ più caldi per contrasto, cosa che la maggior parte delle persone trova piacevole piuttosto che stonata.
Come funziona davvero il formato alto su una parete scala?
Su una parete scala si guarda dal basso e di lato, quindi un pezzo alto funziona meglio di uno largo perché l’occhio sta già salendo. Appendilo sulla parete del pianerottolo intermedio o sulla lunga parete accanto ai gradini, con il centro all’incirca all’altezza della sommità del corrimano. In grande si legge bene dal primo gradino, e la larghezza stretta lascia spazio alla parete di respirare.
Un soggetto con funghi è troppo infantile per una stanza adulta?
Non in questa versione. I cappelli sono chiari e morbidi, non rossi a pois bianchi, e il fondo è una velatura di muschio e oliva senza contorni, quindi si legge come uno studio boschivo più che come un’immagine da favola. In una camera da letto o in un corridoio con lino e legno chiaro si avvicina più a una tavola botanica che a un quadro per bambini. Giocattoli brillanti nelle vicinanze lo porterebbero verso l’altro lato.
