How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the spots read as orange or stay soft?
The spots are warm caramel and sandy brown rather than bright orange. On the wall they read as soft, low-contrast pattern against the pale sage and cream background, so the piece stays gentle rather than turning into a colour pop. If your room leans cool, the warm spots add just enough glow without fighting the scheme.
Does it feel too pale for a larger wall?
It is a soft, low-contrast piece, so on a very large empty wall it can look slight at a small size. Sizing up to a medium or large works best above a bed, sofa or wide console. Hung at a smaller size, it sits better in a narrow spot like a reading corner or between two windows.
Will it suit a nursery or a grown-up room?
Both. The palette is soft enough for a nursery or child's bedroom, but the brushwork and composition are painterly rather than cartoonish, so it sits comfortably in an adult bedroom, study or quiet living room too. It reads as a modern animal painting first, pet decor second.
