    Un soggetto storico dal fascino marino che trasforma l’ambiente con carattere. Il tono crema del fondo, stampato su carta fine‑art premium, conserva l’aspetto del foglio originale settecentesco, metà del suo incanto. La cornice cambia completamente l’atmosfera: in marrone richiama il 1760 e dona un’aria ereditata, perfetta per un bagno di servizio con boiserie e rubinetteria in ottone. In bianco il fondo crema si fonde con la parete e lascia parlare le zampe color teal: ideale con piastrelle chiare e pannellatura a doghe. In nero diventa grafico e deciso: in cucina, con piani scuri, tiene testa a bollitore e ceppo coltelli. La rovere è la scelta più equilibrata, ma questo granchio ama osare. Appendetelo all’altezza degli occhi, accanto a uno specchio e non sopra i mobili: 60 cm sono più che sufficienti; oltre, le chele rubano la scena a colazione.     How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Il verde petrolio stona con le piastrelle grigie del bagno?
    No, anzi tende a valorizzarle. Il verde petrolio delle zampe ha una base grigia, quindi su piastrelle grigio colomba o ardesia chiara appare più come un parente freddo che come un rivale. Le piastrelle grigio caldo funzionano meglio perché riprendono anche il marrone sabbia del carapace. L’unico grigio da evitare è un blu-grigio deciso, che fa apparire il verde petrolio torbido.

    Che formato dovrei scegliere per un piccolo bagno di servizio?
    Intorno ai 40 o 50 cm per lato è ideale per un bagno di servizio. L’immagine resta vicina a chi la guarda in una stanza piccola e, a quella dimensione, le chele risultano graziose invece che ingombranti. Appendilo all’altezza degli occhi di chi sta al lavabo, di solito un po’ più in basso rispetto a come appenderesti un quadro altrove. Basta un solo soggetto su quella parete.

    Funziona anche in una stanza senza alcun tema costiero?
    Sì, e forse anche meglio. In una sala da pranzo con boiserie o in una cucina con mobili verde salvia sembra un vecchio disegno di storia naturale, non un souvenir di mare. Il fondo crema e il carapace marrone caldo si abbinano facilmente a rovere, ceramica e pareti bianco sporco. Tieni lontani ancore, corde e legni levigati dal mare e sembrerà un pezzo ereditato.
