How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Is the background a true cream or does it lean grey?
It's a warm chalky cream with a slightly worn, plaster-like finish. There are faint sage and olive tones woven in from the leaves, but overall it reads as warm rather than cool — sits comfortably against off-white, oat or soft pink walls.
Will the pink in the roses clash with a beige or oat bedroom?
No — the pink is very soft and dusty, more blush than bubblegum, and sits inside a cream and sage palette. It tends to pick up on warm neutrals rather than fight them. If your room is cool grey, it will still work but feel a touch warmer than the rest.
Is the sparrow centred or off to one side?
The sparrow sits roughly in the centre, looking slightly to the right, with roses and foliage framing it above and below. That means it works well hung on its own and balances easily if you hang a small companion piece to its right.
