How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the colours feel too loud in a mostly white room?
The soft off-white background takes up most of the print, so the bright brushstrokes read as a single colourful focal point rather than a wall of colour. In a calm white or cream room it tends to feel cheerful and balanced, not overwhelming, especially when nearby surfaces are kept simple.
Does this work as a single statement piece or only in a gallery wall?
It works very well on its own as a focal point above a sofa, sideboard or in a hallway. It can also anchor a small gallery cluster of two or three, paired with quieter line drawings or soft abstracts in off-white and cream so the colour stays the lead.
What rooms suit this best?
Bright, daylight-led rooms — living rooms with pale sofas, modern kitchens with white or pale wood cabinets, family hallways and playrooms. It's less at home in heavy traditional, dark academia or strongly patterned interiors where the loose brushwork and bright palette can feel out of step.
