Riguardo a quest'opera
Prima che qualcuno parli dei paraventi giapponesi, nota cosa fa il verde ottanio profondo all’ottone. Il crema e l’oro delle gru si staccano dal verde, e le finiture metalliche nella stanza raccolgono la stessa luce calda.
Una stanza tranquilla guadagna un punto focale senza perdere la sua quiete. L’ottanio ancora l’insieme, le gru portano il movimento e i piccoli rami fioriti addolciscono gli angoli.
Sta benissimo sopra un letto, su una madia bassa o in fondo a un corridoio, dove lo si vede frontalmente. Ottimo anche nello studio, sopra la scrivania.
Si abbina a legno scuro, ottone spazzolato, lino e oggetti in gres nei toni crema o color argilla. Pareti dipinte in verde scuro o in un bianco caldo dall’effetto gessoso sono le più adatte.
Non affollarlo con altre fantasie movimentate: lascia che sia l’ottanio a fare il lavoro. Stampato su carta fine-art premium, con cornice in vero legno opzionale.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Does the teal background read more green or more blue?
It reads more green than blue — closer to a deep painted dark green with a teal lean. In warm light it looks greener, in cool daylight it edges towards blue. It sits comfortably next to dark green walls and doesn't clash with navy.
Will this work above a bed if the headboard is dark wood?
Yes, this is one of its best spots. The cream of the cranes lifts off both the teal ground and the dark wood, so the wall doesn't feel heavy. Hang it centred above the headboard at seated eye-level so the lower pair of cranes isn't lost behind pillows.
Can the four panels be split and hung separately?
No — this is one single artwork printed as a four-panel composition, not four separate prints. The cranes are arranged so the eye moves across the whole piece, so it's designed to hang as one. If you want a four-piece set, look at our multi-panel listings instead.
