How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the yellow look too bright in a small kitchen?
The yellow is warm rather than acid, and it only fills the three lemon shapes against a calm off-white ground. In a small kitchen it reads as one cheerful focal point, not a wash of colour. If your cabinets are pale wood or cream, it will warm them; if your kitchen already leans red or orange, the yellow may compete.
Is this better hung vertically above a sideboard or between cabinets?
Both work. The composition is portrait and slightly off-centre, so it suits a vertical slot between cabinets or above a small sideboard at eye level. Leave a clear margin of wall around it — the loose line work needs space to read properly, and crowding it with shelves or hooks flattens the effect.
Does it suit a modern kitchen or only a country one?
It leans modern Mediterranean rather than country. The line work is loose and contemporary, so it sits comfortably in pale, pared-back kitchens with oak or white cabinetry. It also works in a relaxed farmhouse kitchen, but it's not a traditional botanical print and won't sit naturally next to heavy florals or chintz.
