How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the warm yellow and brown tones clash with my cool grey sofa?
It can. This piece leans firmly warm — honey, amber and soft brown — so it pulls best against warm neutrals, linen, oak and plaster walls. If your room is built around cool grey and crisp white, it'll sit as a contrasting feature rather than blending in, which works if you want a warm focal point but not if you want a quiet match.
Is the yellow umbrella at the top too distracting?
The umbrella crops the top of the frame and is softly out of focus, which gives the photograph that under-the-sunshade holiday feeling without pulling the eye away from the sea stacks. It reads as warm light and atmosphere rather than as a separate object once it's on the wall.
Does it work in a hallway with not much natural light?
Yes — the warmth of the image actually helps a darker hallway feel more welcoming rather than washed out. Hang at eye level on a quieter wall and add a small warm-toned wall light or table lamp nearby if you can, and the honey tones will glow rather than disappear.
