How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.
What makes Fab frames so good?

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the muted greens look washed out on a bright white wall?
No — the off-white background actually picks up warmth from the wall around it, and the deeper greens in the trees and figures give it enough weight to hold its own. If anything, it reads softer and more inviting on a warm-white or chalky plaster wall than on a stark cool white.
Are the two small figures clearly visible from across a room?
They're deliberately small and read more as a hint of scale than a focal point. From across a bedroom or hallway they register as quiet dark shapes under the trees, which is the intent — they make the trees feel tall without dominating the composition. Up close they become more obvious.
Does this work in portrait orientation above a low headboard?
Yes, this is one of its best uses. The vertical composition and tall trees draw the eye upward, which helps a low or simple headboard feel more anchored. Aim for the bottom of the frame to sit roughly 15–20 cm above the headboard so it reads as a pair, not two separate things.
