    Riguardo a quest'opera
    Nei pomeriggi d’inverno, quando il pianerottolo a nord si fa presto in ombra, questo poster fa la differenza. Il bordeaux profondo mantiene la sua intensità sotto una luce calda, mentre il fondo crema resta luminoso: la parete sembra illuminata anche quando il resto della scala si spegne. Appendilo sul mezzopiano, all’altezza degli occhi di chi sale. Su intonaco bianco il contrasto è deciso; su pareti color tortora o salvia si addolcisce e sembra parte della casa da sempre. Lascia i legni semplici—corrimano verniciato o caposcala in rovere a vista—e lascia che siano solo le corna a decorare quella rampa. È perfetto a dicembre e altrettanto naturale a giugno. Stampato su carta fine art, la grana del rosso resta leggibile già dall’ultimo gradino.

    How do I frame an art print?

    Good news—you don’t have to!

    All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

    • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
    • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
    • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
    • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

    Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

    How do I hang art prints?

    It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

    Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

    1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

    2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

    3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

    Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

    Il rosso andrà in conflitto con le mie decorazioni natalizie?
    Sta dalla stessa parte. Il bordeaux è un rosso vino profondo, non un rosso acceso da cassetta postale, quindi funziona come la parte più discreta di uno schema natalizio, più vicino a un nastro di velluto che al tinsel. Tieni palline e nastri vicino, nello stesso rosso intenso o in verde bosco, e la parete sembrerà studiata. Un rosso scarlatto brillante accanto lo farebbe sembrare spento per contrasto.

    Quanto grande dovrebbe essere su una parete della scala?
    Meglio più grande di quanto ti sembri sicuro. Su un pianerottolo a metà scala, chi guarda si trova due o tre metri più in basso rispetto alla rampa, e una versione piccola diventa una macchia scura. Circa 50 cm di larghezza e 100 cm di altezza riempiono la solita parete del pianerottolo e mantengono leggibili le punte delle corna dal corridoio. Su una stretta fascia tra due porte, una misura media basta perché lo vedi da vicino.

    Sembra troppo da lodge da caccia per un appartamento moderno?
    È proprio la forma piatta a salvarlo. Non ci sono pelliccia, occhio di vetro o trofeo, quindi su una parete bianca o grigia liscia si legge come grafico più che rustico. Abbinalo a metallo nero, legno chiaro e un solo tessuto semplice, e funziona in un appartamento cittadino. Aggiungi tartan, rovere scuro e una stufa a legna, e la stessa immagine porta la stanza verso un cabin.
