    Tela dal delicato equilibrio tra morbidezze e linee nette: il mosaico in bianco e nero dona un bordo deciso allo sguardo, mentre i quadrati rosa lungo il margine inferiore richiamano con discrezione un sofà rosa cipria senza copiarne il tono. Appendila bassa, con il bordo inferiore a una mano dallo schienale: sarà l’ampiezza a fare scena. Mantieni la parete in un bianco gessoso e spento, così il nero resta profondo e pulito. Nessun altro elemento su quella parete: la composizione respira ed emerge. Perfetta anche sopra un lettino basso in cameretta: il cane addormentato accompagna dolcemente la buonanotte. Biancheria in cotone, un’unica cassapanca di legno, e l’atmosfera è fatta. Su tela la superficie rimane opaca, perché i neri risultino piatti e silenziosi.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Il fondo nero farà sembrare buia una cameretta piccola?
    Meno di quanto pensi, perché circa metà dell’immagine è bianco sporco e grigio chiaro e il cane stesso è la parte chiara. Il nero funziona più come cornice che come massa di colore. Tieni la pittura attorno in bianco sporco gessoso e la stanza resterà luminosa. In una stanza con una sola finestra esposta a nord, scegli una misura un po’ più piccola così l’area scura resta proporzionata.

    Quale misura funziona sopra il letto di un bambino?
    Abbina la larghezza del materasso o poco meno. Per un letto singolo standard significa circa 90-100 cm di larghezza, appeso con il bordo inferiore a una mano di distanza dalla testata. Il formato 2:1 mantiene l’altezza contenuta, quindi non incomberà su un bambino piccolo. Sotto gli 80 cm le singole tessere iniziano a sfumare da lontano.

    Il rosa stona in un soggiorno grigio?
    No, qui il rosa è polveroso e attenuato, più vicino all’intonaco che al rosa da caramella, e corre lungo il bordo inferiore come una piccola fascia invece che su tutta l’immagine. Su un divano grigio medio si legge come una nota calda, e il nero e il bianco sporco sopra si richiamano alla maggior parte degli schemi grigi. Aggiungi un cuscino dello stesso rosa polveroso e la stanza sembra studiata.
