    Porta il mare in salotto: a 120 cm di larghezza questa tela domina la parete di fondo e cattura lo sguardo sulla schiuma bianca prima di ogni altra cosa. Il blu petrolio risalta su un grigio chiaro, mantenendo l’ambiente fresco ed elegante. Abbinala a un divano in velluto blu navy o in lino grigio: i blu scorrono in continuità dai cuscini alla parete. Scegli lampade calde: ottone o vetro ambrato stemperano la freschezza dell’acqua ed evitano l’effetto “porto in febbraio”. Appendila bassa, con l’orizzonte appena sopra lo schienale del divano, e lascia il resto della parete libero: alle onde serve spazio per muoversi. Su tela la corposità del pennello si percepisce anche da lontano e l’opera arriva pronta da appendere.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Il blu scuro farà sembrare il mio soggiorno più freddo?
    Lo raffredderà, ed è proprio questo il punto in una stanza che vira verso grigio, bianco o blu navy. Il verde petrolio si legge come profondità più che come freddezza quando l'illuminazione è calda. Usa paralumi ambra o in ottone e un plaid di lana, e i blu sembreranno una finestra sul tempo atmosferico invece di una diminuzione della temperatura. In una stanza crema o terracotta, invece, va contro lo schema.

    Quanto larga dovrebbe essere sopra un divano a tre posti?
    Punta a due terzi della larghezza del divano, quindi circa 120 cm sopra un divano da 180 cm. Più stretta e la forma lunga sembra un ritaglio avanzato da qualcos'altro. Qui fa il lavoro la linea dell'orizzonte, quindi appendila abbastanza in basso da avere il cielo all'altezza degli occhi quando sei in piedi e l'acqua appena sopra lo schienale del divano.

    Un mare agitato è troppo irrequieto per una camera da letto?
    Dipende dalla luce. In una camera da letto con luce morbida laterale, il cielo pallido occupa il terzo superiore e calma l'intera immagine, e le onde diventano texture più che dramma. Tieni il letto vestito con biancheria bianca o grigia, elimina eventuali cuscini blu che competono con l'acqua e appendilo appena sopra la testiera, così il movimento resta sotto la linea degli occhi quando sei sdraiato.
