Riguardo a quest'opera
Impatto deciso, zero fronzoli. Questo toro in ruggine e nero è fatto per il corridoio: sopra una panca stretta in legno scuro, prende subito il centro della scena. Il fianco color ruggine scalda un muro bianco caldo, mentre il segno nero regge il confronto con seduta scura e gambe in ferro. Appendilo con il bordo inferiore a circa una larghezza di mano sopra lo schienale: più vicino di quanto verrebbe naturale. Evita pareti troppo ampie: sopra la panca la porzione di muro è già snella e le corna guadagnano l’altezza giusta. Tieni la panca libera. Un solo cesto sotto, un gancio di lato, e la forma slanciata fa il resto. Su tela, la ruggine spazzolata conserva tutta la sua matericità, senza vetro tra te e il colore.

Are Fab canvas prints good quality?
Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.
When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.
Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?
Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.
You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.
How do I know what size will actually work in my space?
Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.
Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

Il colore ruggine stona con una parete terracotta o dipinta color argilla?
Si avvicina più di quanto pensi. Il ruggine è più scuro e più bruno di molte pitture color argilla, quindi su una parete terracotta si legge come una tonalità più profonda della stessa famiglia, non come un contrasto. È la linea nera a fare da separazione. Se la tua parete è un terracotta arancione brillante, meglio una parete bianco caldo e lasciare che il ruggine sia l’unico colore deciso.
Quanto grande dovrei prenderlo per una parete d’ingresso?
Più alto di quanto sembri sicuro. La forma verticale ha bisogno di altezza per leggere come una figura in piedi, quindi punta ad almeno 80 cm di altezza su una parete d’ingresso che vedi dall’estremità opposta. La larghezza conta meno: un pezzo da 40 cm di larghezza entra tra una porta e un appendiabiti. Appendi il centro un po’ sotto l’altezza degli occhi, così le corna arrivano dove guardi.
Sta bene in sala da pranzo o solo in ingresso?
La sala da pranzo funziona bene se hai una parete stretta accanto a una madia o tra due finestre. Il toro regge da solo quella fascia, e il ruggine scalda una tavola apparecchiata con legno scuro e lino. Evita la parete lunga dietro al tavolo, che chiede larghezza. Tieni altri quadri lontani dalla stessa parete, così la singola linea ha tutto lo spazio per sé.
