    Una tela che dà il meglio in grande formato: su un pianerottolo richiede almeno 100 cm di altezza, così che l’albero della barca superi la linea degli occhi mentre sali. Più vai in grande, più il grigio‑verde dell’acqua sembra fondersi con la parete, non solo stare appeso su di essa. Il cielo crema illumina gli spazi in penombra senza introdurre colore: perfetta su boiserie dipinte in bianco morbido o tortora. In piccolo la barca si riduce a una cartolina e la calma svanisce. In camera da letto funziona allo stesso modo tra due finestre, appesa con il bordo superiore allineato alle teste delle finestre. Niente accanto. Su tela i lavis risultano ancora più soffusi, e arriva pronta da appendere.

    Are Fab canvas prints good quality?

    Absolutely. We use museum-grade canvas (the same stuff galleries use) stretched over solid wood frames. The canvas is thick enough that you can't see through it, and we wrap the print around the edges so there's no white border it looks finished from every angle.

    When people see it on your wall, they'll assume you bought it at a gallery, not online.

    Does it come ready to hang? Is it available framed?

    Yes to both. Every canvas comes stretched over solid wood and ready to hang - hardware's already on the back, just hang it up.

    You can choose unframed (modern, minimalist look - the print wraps around the edges) or add our real wood frame for a more polished, gallery finish. Either way, it's ready to go straight on your wall. No assembly, no extra trips to the frame shop.

    How do I know what size will actually work in my space?

    Here's the rule of thumb: your canvas should take up about 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of your furniture (like a sofa or bed). So if your couch is 180cm, you want something around 100-120cm wide.

    Too small of a canvas looks lost on the wall. Too big overwhelms the room. If you're between sizes, go bigger it's almost always better to have impact than to have something that disappears.

    Funziona su una parete di scala senza finestra?

    Sì, ed è una delle scelte migliori. L’immagine è per lo più crema chiaro, quindi riflette la poca luce che arriva al pianerottolo invece di assorbirla.     No. I verdi stanno solo nelle ombre e nel fogliame, mentre l’acqua porta con sé tanto grigio caldo quanto verde. Accanto a una pittura crema o pietra appare posato, non freddo. L’unico abbinamento da evitare è un corridoio già dipinto in un verde salvia o oliva intenso, dove l’immagine inizia a sparire nella parete dietro di sé.

    Posso appenderne due affiancate tra le finestre?

    Sì, e una coppia funziona bene su una parete larga di camera da letto con tre finestre, una in ciascun tratto. Tienile alla stessa altezza, con la parte superiore allineata agli stipiti delle finestre, e usa la stessa misura per entrambe. Su un singolo tratto stretto o su una parete di scala, una sola basta, e una seconda diluisce solo la calma.
