A kitchen this pared back can take one serious deep red. The tomato is broken into mirrored tiles, so it throws colour around the way a real disco ball throws light — the whole wall gets warmer and a lot more fun. Hang it on the wall you look at while cooking, or above a small dining table where it can hold its own. Pale wood, painted cabinet fronts, chrome handles and plain white china all give it room to sing. Keep it away from other loud food prints and busy patterned tiles; one bright thing at a time is the whole point. On canvas the red softens very slightly and the surface stays glare-free under downlights.

How do I frame an art print?
Good news—you don’t have to!
All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:
- Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
- We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
- Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
- Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.
Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?
It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.
Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:
- Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.
- Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.
- For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.
Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.
Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall
Will the red be too strong for a small kitchen?
It reads as one bright spot rather than an all-over colour, because most of the picture is warm off-white. In a small kitchen that actually helps — the eye lands on the tomato and the rest of the room stays calm. Keep the surrounding shelves plain and it will feel lively rather than crowded.
Does it work outside the kitchen?
Yes. It sits well in a dining corner, a breakfast nook or a bright living room where you want one cheerful piece. It's less at home in bedrooms and studies, where the shiny tiles and strong red tend to feel too energetic for a room meant for winding down.
