Het komt het best tot zijn recht op een muur met wat ruimte eromheen — boven een dressoir, een rij keukenkastjes of een kleine eettafel. How do I frame an art print?

Good news—you don’t have to!

All of our prints are available professionally framed and ready to hang, so you can skip the trip to the framing shop and get straight to the fun part: styling your space. Here’s more info about our frames and service:

  • Your choice of timeless frames - natural wood, black, white, brown, silver and, of course, gold.
  • We use shatter-resistant acrylic glazing keeping delivery costs down and shielding your print from fading or sun damage—something cheaper glazes just don’t do.
  • Every frame is carefully sealed on the back using acid-free, archival tape —keeping dust and moisture out and your print beautifully preserved.
  • Hanging hardware already attached so just unbox, hang, and enjoy.

Prefer to frame it yourself? That’s totally fine too—we offer unframed prints in standard and A-sizes that fit most frames you can buy.

How do I hang art prints?

It’s easier than you think—especially since our framed prints arrive ready to hang straight out of the box.

Here’s how to do it in a few simple steps:

  1. Pick a wall that needs a little love—above a sofa, bed, desk, or entryway works great.

  2. Make sure the space suits the size of your print (our size guide can help). Use painter’s tape or a pencil to mark where you want the top of the frame to sit.

  3. For single prints, aim for eye level (around 57–60 inches from the floor). Every Fab framed print comes with hanging hardware already attached.

Use a picture hook, nail, or adhesive wall strips, depending on your wall type and the weight of the frame. That’s it—your space just got a whole lot more beautiful.

Bonus tip: For a gallery wall, lay your prints on the floor first to plan your layout before committing to the wall

Wordt dit niet te druk in een kleine keuken?

Het blijft beter in balans dan je denkt. De cirkel trekt alle details naar binnen, waardoor het van een paar meter afstand als één vorm leest in plaats van als veel patroon. Kies in een kleine keuken liever middelgroot dan groot en houd de muur eromheen leeg. Eenvoudige kasten en egale werkbladen geven het de ruimte die het nodig heeft.

Past het groen bij warm hout en crèmekleurige kasten?

Ja, daar voelt hij zich juist het prettigst. Het tealgroen is ingetogen in plaats van fel, en het goud en crème in de rand sluiten direct aan op warm hout, rotan en gebroken witte verf. Ook diep groene of kleikleurig geschilderde kasten werken goed. Koel grijs en chroom zijn wat lastiger.

Kan ik hem boven een eettafel ophangen?

Ja, zolang de muur breed genoeg is voor een duidelijke ruimte aan beide kanten. Centreer hem op de tafel in plaats van op de muur als die twee niet uitlijnen, en hang hem iets lager dan normaal zodat hij op ooghoogte zit wanneer je zit. Houd de rest van die muur leeg.
